1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") are issued by pak243 (hereinafter referred to as "pak243", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and govern all access to and use of the pak243 website located at pak243.com, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, applications, and services offered thereunder (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any casino game, or otherwise interacting with any part of the pak243 platform, you (hereinafter referred to as "User", "Player", "you", or "your") unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. This acceptance is effective as of the date of your first interaction with the platform and remains binding for the duration of your account's existence.

pak243 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To be eligible to register for and use a pak243 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pak243 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any gambling or gaming activity on the platform.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or are physically located at the time of participation.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.

• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by pak243 for violations of these Terms.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on pak243 at any given time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any pending withdrawals, and potential permanent ban from the platform. If you suspect that duplicate accounts have been created in your name without your knowledge, contact pak243 support immediately at [email protected].

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, national identity card (CNIC) number where applicable, and a valid email address or mobile number. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without prior notice.

3 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pak243 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes or OTP tokens associated with your account. pak243 will not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorised transactions arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not permit any other person to access or use your pak243 account, regardless of your relationship with that person.
• You must notify pak243 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspicious activity on, your account.
• You must use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service or platform.
• pak243 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account. This feature is available in your account security settings at no additional cost.

pak243 reserves the right to suspend or lock any account that exhibits signs of unauthorised access, unusual login patterns, or suspicious betting behaviour, pending a security review. In such cases, pak243 will make reasonable efforts to contact the registered account holder via their verified email address or mobile number before implementing any account restriction.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

pak243 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast, and 1LINK. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise explicitly stated at the time of the transaction.

Deposits:

• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your pak243 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK are credited within one (1) to three (3) business hours of confirmed receipt, subject to banking hours and network availability.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. These limits may be adjusted by pak243 at any time without prior notice.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and full reversal of the deposited amount.
• pak243 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder's own registered payment method.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 10:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time (PST).
• Withdrawals submitted after 10:00 PM PST will be processed on the following business day.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into your account, or to a method registered in your verified legal name following a completed KYC review.
• pak243 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar day. These limits are displayed within your account's withdrawal section.
• Any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal can be initiated from the associated balance.

5 Bonus and Promotions Policy

pak243 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL special promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, which form an integral part of these Terms.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover requirements" or "playthrough requirements"). The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible account, per household address, per device, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• pak243 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• Certain game types (e.g., live casino, certain table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
• pak243 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, collusion, or circumvention of the platform's promotional restrictions.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on pak243 — including sports bets on cricket, PSL, UFC, kabaddi, and racing, as well as casino wagers on live dealer games, slots, and other gaming products — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

• All bets are final once confirmed. pak243 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except as explicitly provided under the cash-out feature (where available) or in cases of manifest error.
• pak243 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or outcome that is subsequently found to have been the subject of match-fixing, result manipulation, or any other form of sporting fraud.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error on the platform, pak243 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products and are displayed at the point of wagering.
• Sports betting odds are updated in real time. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent odds movements.
• Live in-play betting markets may be temporarily suspended during critical moments of an event (e.g., video assistant referee reviews, injury stoppages). Bets cannot be placed during a market suspension.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak243. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any way, including placing bets, navigating the site, or exploiting bonuses.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public information to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, platform bugs, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using pak243 to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pak243 staff, other players, or any third party through any communication channel available on the platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without their consent.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or access the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your pak243 account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the pak243 platform, including but not limited to the pak243 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, data compilations, databases, and all other materials (collectively, "Intellectual Property"), is owned by or licensed to pak243 and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak243 platform solely for your own personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works based on any pak243 Intellectual Property without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any pak243 software or game engine.
• Use any pak243 branding, trademarks, or logos in any commercial context without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the pak243 platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of pak243's Intellectual Property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak243, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the pak243 platform or any of its services.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if pak243 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Specifically, pak243 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill resulting from your use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Incorrect or outdated odds, scores, or event information displayed on the platform where such errors arise from third-party data providers.
• Any loss or damage to your device resulting from malware, viruses, or other harmful software contracted through third parties unrelated to pak243.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, pak243's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10 Responsible Gaming

pak243 is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices. • Minimum Age Enforcement: All users must be at least 21 years of age. pak243 employs age verification at the point of registration and during KYC review. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the verified payment method on file.

• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently through their account settings or by contacting support. 11 Account Suspension and Termination

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Receipt of a chargeback request from a payment provider relating to funds deposited into the account.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 7.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring the restriction of the account.

Upon permanent account closure, pak243 will conduct a review of the account balance. If no outstanding investigations, bonus obligations, or legal holds apply, any verified and eligible remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method. Balances associated with accounts closed for breach of these Terms may be forfeited in their entirety.

Any eligible balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method subject to standard KYC and verification requirements.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and all matters arising from or connected with your use of the pak243 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pak243 holds its international gaming licence. By using the platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of all disputes arising under these Terms.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first submit your complaint in writing to pak243's customer support team at [email protected] and allow pak243 a period of thirty (30) calendar days in which to investigate and respond. pak243 is committed to resolving all legitimate player complaints in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with pak243's support team within the above timeframe, either party may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by pak243's licensing authority, whose decision shall be binding on both parties.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pak243 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform functionality, or business policy.

When material amendments are made, pak243 will endeavour to notify registered users via the platform's in-account notification system and, where practicable, by email to the address registered on the account. The revised Terms will carry an updated effective date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the pak243 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Clause 11.
